# hemo-audit — The Examiner

Independent, READ-ONLY integrity auditor for the HEMO agent economy.
It holds no funds and no admin credentials. It publishes a trust score (0-100)
from public evidence only, and seals every verdict into the HELIOS provenance
ledger (tamper-evident audit trail).

## What it checks
- Escrow solvency: pool balance vs aggregate job obligations (hemo-jobs)
- Ledger monotonicity: HELIOS record count never decreases
- Federation: independent nodes up, main node in federated consensus
- Court: arbitration service reachable, case load visible
- Registry: member count + % of Ed25519-signed identities
- Market liquidity: open jobs available for workers
- Inference market: paid model catalog discoverable
